The associate at the check in desk was too apprehensive for no good reason. I had booked 2 room which in my understanding was double room for my 5pple family stay only to realize that it was 2 separate rooms several units apart. So he only handed me over keys for one room. Going back to his desk, he was quick to dismiss me and asked me to contact the booking platform. I had to show him my bank statement from my banking app to tone him down and confirm his records to give me the keys to the other room. Other than that the rooms were clean but please get a difference place to set up the coffee supplies apart from inside the restrooms

Check in was pretty swift, front desk was very greeting and Welcoming. Mornings were a bit on edge by the next frontdesk help, very strick. Was calling out out no running, and saying no food in the rooms, if so why have a microwave & refrigerator in the room. How our guest to order food when hungry. Was not very accommodating. Breakfast was good. The restroom door was not able to lock,the door handle was off from the door insert. Our towel were removed but was not restocked, was not very kind. We just finished out out stay, we were ready to head out. Thank you Expedia for help with the reservations, we did have fun for our event. Thank you.

You could tell the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The shower walls were not wiped down at all, the shower curtain had stains. The bedding had a cigarette burn hole. We have stayed at this hotel before and didnt have this problem.
