There was a completely disgusting air conditioning/heating unit in our room. It was full of mold. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. They should’ve laid salt down for the ice on their walkways, it was very slippery. They only clean the rooms on request, but knocked on our door early one morning for “housekeeping“, even though we had hung the do not disturb sign and then called out, “oh, sorry!” The door to the cabinet containing the room refrigerator wouldn’t stay closed, creating a safety tripping hazard.

The rooms were dirty meaning the carpet, bathroom, mold on the walls. Left the room early morning and came back to find the door wide open. The cleaning personnel must of left it open. Front desk made me feel so uncomfortable, kept asking if “I was naughty” while winking. Don’t stay here

When booking there was no age limit this needs to be updated you have to be 21 to stay here ridiculous. My husband is in the army he can serve for the United States but he couldn’t sleep at a hotel for one night with his wife and 3 month baby. Good thing there were other hotels that accepted us. Especially during bed weather situations good thing we didn’t get into an accident because we had to go search for a hotel that would accept us.
