Was locked out of my room the minute i closed the door. The dead bolt malfunctioned. Maintenance had left and could not do anything about it till 7 am next morning .is this how you treat all your guest, what is i had needed medication. I feel it should have been addressed right away. Still took awhile the next morning to get Maintenance to it. I will never use Expedia againe or stay at a quality inn ever again!!!!

Clean room, very comfortable beds, big bathroom, fluffy covers & super affordable especially since it was close to the convention center! Definitely recommend for cosplayers wen it cpmes to conveniences & if you're on a budget!

I enjoyed the breakfast although there was not any honey to make tea. I did not appreciate one of the comforters having holes in them and brown holes on the wall. The staff was pleasant and check in was smooth sailing.

The staff was great and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the room. Though when I walked in, it did look clean, there’s just a lingering odor from the hallway and the room that left me with the impression that it wasn’t. I’m not saying that they aren’t clean, it was just the overall impression. I didn’t sleep in the sheets and fortunately it was just a one night stay. Again, awesome staff and customer service, the building could just use an “airing out”
