We arrived late after a long road and immediately felt like we’d made a huge mistake. The rating was not bad so we reserved for the holiday. We did not feel safe. This hotel is basically a cash hotel. There were needle caps on the outside grounds and pot being smoked outside. Our room had roaches, the floor unswept, the bed springs made noise every time we moved or turned in bed. I would not recommend this hotel to women traveling alone ever. My husband was with me still I wanted to leave. Dog feces everywhere. The front desk person was very nice. Hope they stay safe.

Affordable and friendly

Overall great stay. Mostly clean property. There were a few moments of loud folks, but mostly really quiet spot. The bed was very creaky and pretty firm but overall a comfortable sleeping experience. Hot shower and cold A/C. Only coffee available in the morning, but that's all I desired. You get what you pay for here. It's not a luxury spot, but it was a clean, quiet, comfortable friendly visit. The surrounding area isn't the best neighborhood but I didn't run into any problems. It's a great option for a traveler on a budget, and it's close to several spots in FW. Would definitely stay again.

This is a new property in Lake Worth, TX. The owners, the young men who manage the front desk, and the staff is housekeeping are very friendly and so very kind. One side of the property is Motel 6. The other side is Studio 6. The 3rd floor is for guests with dogs. We stayed here for over 2 weeks and felt like family. We would definitely come back and we highly recommend this property.
