Valet was amazing and friendly. Room was not ready at 3pm and we needed to get ready and head out, so that was frustrating. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The bar/restaurant staff doesn't seem to understand they are customer service. Very unfriendly, zero personality. Breakfast experience was exceptionally bad. From the moment we sat down, we were treated as if we were a giant inconvenience. I work in the service industry. I know what it looks like when a server forgets to put our order in. And that grumpy human totally forgot, then tried to blame it on the kitchen and even told us it wasn't her fault, which was the last straw. After waiting 43 minutes for eggs, bacon and toast, we finally left. I pre-paid for a breakfast for two that we never received, and no one seemed to care that we were upset and hungry.
Beautiful facility, but it will never last if you do not have staff that understands that they are in the hospitality industry. Please do better.
