After the initial nine hours, when I realized that there was no security for my passport, credit cards, cash and computer, I left the hotel and never returned. Therefore, this visit (which I added and paid for before arriving in Fortaleza) actually never happened. The first visit was for the dates of January 4-7, 2020, which barely happened, and this one was for the dates of January 7-9, 2020, when I had no reason to return there, as the service was beyond unacceptable.

I paid for three days from January 4, 2020 to the morning of the seventh, but because I had a night flight from Rio de Janeiro, I actually arrived at 3:00 am on January 5. And because I had not yet seen the conditions of the place, I also booked and paid for two more days, as I was leaving on the 9th. When I checked in and went to my room I found that the old-style safe was missing the part with the key; therefore, it was not safe to leave my passport, credit cards, computer, cash, etc.

The hotel is fine for the price and it's close to the beach. Not very much going on beside that. It's old, but they were remodeling while we were there. The rooms are HUGE and very well lit.

Quando chegamos havia uma familia no nosso quarto, na cama. A recepcionista tirou eles do quarto e nos pediu pra adentrar, sem nem ao menos trocar a colcha de cama que eles haviam utilizado, trocando a fralda do bebê dela. Cafe da manha ok. Pagamos por uma cama queen e recebemos uma cama de casal. O ar condicionado pingava sempre e o quarto ficava mohlado. Um dia choveu e a sacada do quarto encheu e alagou o quarto todo. A chave (cartao) pra entrar no quarto tinha que ter um “macete”, tentando mais de 60 vezes (contei todas as vezes que tentei abrir) pra poder funcionar. Seria mais facil se todas tivessem chave de fato. Eram todos os dias essa humilhação.

Primeiro que chegamos lá e ficamos sabendo que pet tinha que pagar 100 reais de diária, mas no site do Hotéis.com não nos informa nada sobre. Erro do site.. Sobre o hotel, muita coisa precisa melhorar. O cartão pra entrar no quarto mal funcionava, tinha que tentar muitas vezes para conseguir abrir (vários hóspedes passaram pelo mesmo), a porta do banheiro tava sem fechar (emperrava), o chuveiro era elétrico mas não pegava o quente, a descarga estava vazando, a gente que ajeitou lá. O boxe do banheiro travando, dava medo até de fechar e ele quebrar. Enfim, já me hospedei em outros hotéis da mesma rede Andrade, e nenhum foi tão ruim quanto esse.

O hotel é bem simples, não tem tomadas perto da cama, o que é ruim para carregar celular, travesseiros murchos, pedimos mais travesseiros e também cobertor já que o ar-condicionado ficava diretamente virado para a cama e não tinham, informaram que o hotel estava cheio e não tinham reservas para emprestar. A internet não é muito boa e a água da piscina turva. O elevador não estava funcionando no dia de ir embora. Ficamos de frente para a Av. Principal e o quarto bem barulhento.

Hotel bem antigo porém foi todo pintado, infelizmente no quarto onde minha mãe ficou o Antigo hóspede fumou e tava absurdo o odor! O Chuveiro nao estava tão bom, era quente mas não tava tão bom! Os ar condicionados são novos, o Café da manhã achei legal!
