Suite Mara is a lovely apartment located on the ground floor of a villa in Forte dei Marmi, right in the city center, and just 500 meters from the beach.

The entrance to the villa through a gate is shared with the guests staying on the first floor.

Suite Mara boasts a private courtyard, equipped with a dining table for 8 people, perfect for alfresco lunches/dinners, after a day at the beach.

Please note that there is no private parking, however you can park your car along the nearby streets.



Internal Description



Suite Mara is set on one single level, on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Internet Wifi is included. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Pets are not allowed.



You are welcomed by an open-space living area with marble floors, furnished with: sofa, 2 armchairs, tv, dining table for 4 people, and a modern kitchen (with oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine).

Following there is the sleeping area, made up of 1 double bedroom with teak wardrobe, and 1 bedroom with L-shaped bunk bed (ideal for two children).

The apartment is completed by a marble bathroom with bathtub/shower and washing machine.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Internet Wifi; utilities (water, gas, electricity).



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
