great hotel and service

The property was good. Everything needed was in the room, or you could request it if you needed to. staff were friendly and helpful. it was fantastic service. The only thing I would like the facility to improve is the check-in/check-out process. Although the reception staff were very friendly, kind, and professional, the service was very slow. It was slow to the point that it was very stressful and made many customers complain at both check-in and checkout. I hope they fix this by adding more staff at the reception, especially during rush hours. it was an amazing stay.

This location was convenient to the airport and for travel to/from Iguazu Falls on the Brazilian and Argentinian sides. Multiple pools to choose from. Very family friendly. Extensive buffet breakfast provided daily and included with room fee. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Located next to a large shopping center, an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel

Excellent location if youā€™re visiting IguazĆŗ falls. The hotels has an excellent gym which is very well equipped (the best gym is any that I have ever stayed at). The food and drink at the hotel is very well priced. Lovely pool area to chill out in and a really good breakfast. Just what you would expect from a chain hotel. Not a lot to do around the hotel or many bars or restaurants. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants as an alternate option to the hotel. Iā€™d recommend staying here.
