Excellent pick right downtown. Super close to everything and not a far walk from the gigantic Christmas market there in Frankfurt. Room was super clean and staff was great.

The hotel is VERY basic. We had requested 2 rooms close to each other and were initially allocated one on the 1st floor and one on the 5th! The room on 5th floor was disgusting! The carpet was filthy, stained and had bits on it. It was so bad we had to complain and ask to change rooms, we were then allocated another room on the 1st floor which was very small dark and dingy but slightly better than the room on 5th floor. The room had a kettle and Earl Grey tea bags but no coffee provided. On check out we asked to leave our luggage for the afternoon, it was tagged but then just left unsecured in the bar area. We spent as little time as possible in the hotel and would definitely not stay again or recommend it.

as a matter of personal safety, I must note that the hotel’s location was in an unsafe area. On the morning of my departure, I narrowly escaped an attempted robbery while at a grocery store nearby. I am thankful my husband, an Army veteran, was present and able to intervene.

Do not book here. There are drug addicts all around the area. Very hard place to park your car (if you have a rental). The hotel smells and heating did not work. When I had a question for the staff they either looked bothered or were rude. I had two rooms booked and they canceled one of them which forced me to book another room and not get a refund for their mistake. I’m not kidding when I say do not book here. Horrible experience.

Second visit to Ramada FfM 2025

The Ramada near Frankfurt Hbf is very conveniently located near the "Weser-Münchner Straße" tram stop. I had stayed previously in July 2021, so finding this was very easy. The room I had was comfortable, similar to the one I had on my previous visit. It had a bathroom with shower/bath. The HVAC worked fine. Breakfast is not served at this location, and the adjacent restaurant had discontinued breakfast service a few years ago, but had not updated their hours since Covid 19 when I had visited. There are other places for breakfast along Münchner Straße. Checking in is not until 3 PM, but the front desk staff will look after the luggage. Checkout was fairly fast.
