The hotel itself deserves five stars, but the lack of a shuttle service reduces that: the hotel would be ideal for an overnight layover near the airport, but the lack of shuttle services makes for two expensive taxi rides or long walks with luggage in a poorly lit neighbourhood.

Small rooms, horrible pillows, worst bathrooms I have ever seen. The rooftop restaurant was close because they had a private event. We only stayed one night (long layover) someone opened the room door ( I believe the cleaning lady) at 8 am and woke us up. I wonā€™t recommend this hotel

Nice hotel but customer service wasnā€™t great

Made 2 separate bookings as my plans changed , both for the same superior room , then told l had to move after the first night to a different room , which l couldnā€™t understand as l booked the same standard of room ā€¦then when l asked how much l had to pay to stay where l was , l was told ā‚¬20 ! Not impressed with the customer service .

One night stay for business. Generally okay but overpriced for what you get. Room very small but adequate. Food and drinks overpriced and very little selection on the menu for an evening meal. Doubtful I'd stay again, there's better nearby for less.

when i booked i called and asked can i check in early i arrive from a long haul flight at 5am the lady said yes which is why i booked here when i arrived that had me sat in the lobby until noon and told me to go take a walk baring in mind i was watching people check out by the truck load since 6am so if they cared at all they would of quickly turned around a room for me i addressed a guy and he laughed at me it was actually shocking .
