Firendly staff , good warrm room , expensive parkng , and hard to find the place , and it's parking place. breakfast is not as good as other holiday inn express hotels.

There is a well stocked grocery store right next door. This hotel is perfect for handicapped guests, they have great handicapped rooms. They have an excellent included breakfast buffet with extended hours to eat.

I feel there was too many people in for the staff to cope with breakfast. The machine for pancakes was working. The coffee machine kept running out and there was no orange juice apart from watered down juice. I didn't like that you could only use the elevate to get to your room. The stairs were only available when there was a fire. Didn't make me feel safe. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly.
