It turned out to be a bit far away from downtown Frankfurt. The subway station was under renovation so it was useless… However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

My stay at was average overall. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I found the amenities to be somewhat lacking compared to what was advertised. The staff was friendly. The breakfast (17.00 Euros) offered was decent but could use more variety. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there's room for improvement.

We stayed here with family. Hotel is in front of the subway station, 20 min to Frankfurt Hauptbanhof, 35 min to FRA. We had a deluxe apartment, sofa bed was comfortable for my daughters. Buffet breakfast is serviceable, nothing fancy. You do have to request to clean your room with 24 hours advance. Staff was helpful.

The screen sharing on the tv not working and in some rooms the AC is broken it gets stuck on hot mode even though its on cold and no its not on AUTO mode
