The hotel itself is cute enough with Nespresso machines in the room. I had a corner suite, but it literally looks out onto a construction site. The biggest issue is that the walk from the train station is not through the best area and you have to be on guard. I would not stay here again mainly due to the unsavory location. Staff was nice and the welcome cake fantastic. However, room service left the plates and didn't replace coffee pods in addition to a few other things. I like the NH brand and stayed at a few other NH's during this trip with very favorable reviews. This location just isn't one of them.

Hotel was nice and clean. We paid $410 for one night which seems super high. It was in a rougher area of town so we didn’t feel comfortable going out at night. We arrived an hour early and were told that it would coast 60 euro if we wanted an early checkin, and a smaller bed because that’s all that was available. Just seems like a high end hotel would offer complimentary early checkin if there is availability. Overall, nice hotel but wouldn’t stay again due to the cost and location.

Really nice room, friendly reception staff, chatted and said about local restaurants etc. bar on the terrace is a nice vibe. Area around is a bit of a building site at the minute, but good restaurants within walking distance. Also not far from the airport 15-20 min drive. Parking is quite expensive though if bringing a car.

Room was amazing, location fantastic. Front desk service was abysmal, had to call multiple times for the same thing. The app the hotel uses doesn’t work and they never actually deliver on the requests put through the app. The level of service you receive depends entirely on who’s working that day.

Nice modern hotel. Let down badly by restaurant. Only poor buffet on offer, not good. 3rd floor bar was also closed when it should have been open. Not acceptable in a large hotel like this.

Excellent hotel near Frankfurt HBF.

Spacious room and 10mins walk from Frankfurt HBF station. The area around the hotel is safe and no gathering homeless men.
