The airport shuttle showed up right on time, picking up and dropping off from the airport. The hotel's directions to the shuttle location were spot on. Note that the shuttle stop is in terminal 1 and it takes an airport shuttle to get to terminal 2, allow yourself plenty of time. The room was quiet & spacious, the breakfast plentiful with a wide variety of choices. The area is industrial with only a few alternatives for dinner if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is an excellent choice for an overnight stay between flights.

Maybe it was just luck but we found the signage for the shuttle quickly. It was very full on the return to the airport and you cannot make a reservation. Dinner at the hotel was good. Breakfast was fairly simple but all we needed before flying home. I would prefer to stay at the airport but the price difference to stay here was worth it. We would stay here again.

Shuttle was easy to find. It was an Autumn evening, heating was set too high and unadjustable, but having the window open throughout the night cooled the room to comfortable.

The airport shuttle was fantastic. Front Desk wasnt very accommodating. After flying all night, getting to the hotel around 1 pm to be told there were not any rooms and that check in was at 3 pm. Ive traveled extensively and usualky a hotel will accommodate. Also, the ciffee maker, safe, and thermostat didnt wirk.

Advertised as a 4 star hotel which it definitely was not. Please see below: (1) Lobby, restaurant and bar was nice. (2) Room was okay. (3) Shower was nice but the tile on the floor of the bathroom was from the 90’s. Piecemeal renovations look cheap. (4) Hallways and elevator - Horrible, dirty carpet, old elevator with half the lights not working. Easy fix with new carpet and lightbulbs. (5) Booked b/c of sauna which had no water and was a little below average. At least it worked. (6) Price - $185 - expensive for what you get. Shop around and find a newer hotel.

Excellent choice for overnight stay.

We were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. The shuttle bus was very easy to find and we were fortunate to be there without any waiting time. Check in was smooth and welcoming and the breakfast was superb. We also appreciated the coffee maker in our room.

this hotel is close to the airport. there is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. the driver is very good and help to load the baggage. however it has no restarant around and only one bus stop. it is not convenient if you want to go around in frankfurt.

Very convenient and easily accessible. I needed to book a room last minute due to an excessive layover, and this was great price for very nice quality property. I would definitely stay again. A suggestion: more clear instructions on the shuttle.
