Great hotel! Had a mishap with receiving a scam email from the hotel and it was a scam but the hotel offered great customer service by upgrading our room and left us some chocolates. My only complaint is I wasn’t aware of all the closures due to the Easter holiday so some amenities were unavailable. All and all beautiful room and view, great breakfast, nice sky bar, great staff vey helpful and welcoming! Would stay again for sure!

Absolutely great hotel. Fabulous rooms with super designs. Amazing buffet breakfast and the staff were delightful and helpful. Only negative was how hot the entire building seemed to be but once we found the room window opened it was fab. A perfect place to stay to visit the Christmas Markets

Centrally located modern hotel

Nice hotel in the center of financial district. Shopping, restaurants and event centers all within walking distance. Room was nice and clean and big for European room. The bed was firm to hard. Great toiletries and nice big shower. Very modern and great breakfast.

Lovely hotel, beds are very comfortable. The room was spotless, great shower. A little further out from the centre of Frankfurt, but an easy 30 min walk. This is a much quieter area, with many food options round about.
