We found the instructions for the shuttle a little confusing, indicating that one needs to turn left and walk about 100m to find the allocated spot when exiting the terminal would help out a great deal.

If you are tired dont take shuttel

Very nice hotel and comfortable. The problem is shuttel pick up location and dropping far from hotel one need to walk a lot to get to hotel

Pickup point is tricky, make a left from arrivals then again left. Pickup point is behind the hospital entrance. Shuttle drop you off in front of the parking garage, you have to walk to get to the entrance. Overall good and nice room.

A peaceful respite

The Platzhirsch Living has a peaceful atmosphere, despite being pretty close to the airport. When you look out of your window you'll see lots of trees. The rooms are clean and modern, and the hotel restaurant is a pleasant and inviting experience. Staff were helpful and easy to talk to. I liked how it didn't feel overcrowded or loud. Food was tasty as well. What's also nice is the shuttle service to the airport which goes about every half an hour. The only difficulty is getting to Kelsterbach. If you take the S-Bahn there, you will have to walk 20 minutes from the Kelsterbach station. I'm not sure if you could easily find the shuttle if you arrive from the Frankfurt airport. In any case, this is a nice hotel.

Very clean property, quiet, excellent breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The only aspect we didn’t like is they had no bottled water to buy, and they directed us to the restaurant where we were charged 10 euro for two glasses of water, seemed very steep!

We chose this hotel for the 24 hour shuttle service. When we checked in we were informed that the shuttle bus stop was down the street. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF LUGGAGE AND NEED A HOTEL TO AIRPORT SHUTTLE! The shuttle bus serves a large parking garage and the hotel seems like an add-on. I asked at check in if there was a sign at the shuttle bus stop so we would know where to wait for it. The clerk repeatedly answered to my repeated question, that it was only 200 meters down the road. Finally another clerk answered my question. A very unnecessarily frustrating check in process. I don't recommend this hotel.
