Just 10 min walk from the train station. Easy walk to river and centre. Hotel road is used by homeless at night time. Hotel staff very welcoming and friendly.

We booked a quad family room but my daughter turned 17 and is considered an adult so we were forced to book another room. Would be good if this was clearer on the website. Also, the area around the hotel felt particularly dangerous, so definitely not a good area for families.

Very poor experience staying at Premier Inn Frankfurt City Centre. Hotel is dated and carpets in room were stained. When we had to unexpectedly shorten our stay, the front desk Manager showed complete indifference and lack of empathy, and made no efforts to try to make things right. I do not recommend this hotel and will not return.

Great location, clean and secure hotel very close to city centre and local bars and restaurants etc. very good value, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Pleasant helpful staff. Close to train station, perfect for short stay.

The hotel, was spotlessly clean, friendly reception staff who were very helpful, all English speaking and the Milka Father Christmas was nice touch. Our room didn't not have a safe, but did have tea and.coffee making facilities. This hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the main train and coach stations. It was about 15-20 minutes walk to the Christmas market and shopping area. I would definitely recommend if you want to be near the public transport and visiting Frankfurt. We didn't have breakfast or drive there so can't comment on those issue.

Wasted money on an uber not realizing this location was up the street and around the corner from the main haubtenhopf 😭😭😭😭. I could have walked over . First time In awhile a hairless bathroom. No hair on the sheets. Only issue notice machine wasn’t an issue. Didn’t get to try breakfast too tired to get up on time. Was told it was the usual continental breakfast. Did air out my room daily not sure if out of habit or slowly becoming German. Rooms were quiet only heard noise if windows were open. Location was only 10 minutes walk to the market.

The staff here were so nice and helpful. They were able to accommodate us and provide information about the local area. The location is excellent, near the city centre and train station, making all of our stops very walkable. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
