The location of the hotel is real good for tourists. There's a major shopping district right next to it. There are many choice of food too. Frankfurt's new old town is within walking distance, and there is an ancient defence tower sitting right across the street which is very cool!

Hello. I don’t usually write bad reviews but I had a terrible experience , starting with a dry welcome, a terrible room that was part of a garden and a dozen men drinking outside the room parting, moved to another room though smaller than my booking - terrible room —- and when asked about check out process, same receptionist asked me to leave my key in the room… and while exiting I was separated from my luggage that was stuck behind the glass of the entrance and myself outside —/ delayed from my drive as none would answer the ring !!!!! Terrible .
