The hotel is a short 15-18 min walk from the christmas markets and is conveniently located within a few blocks from the main train station. Staff was friendly at check in. I would stay there again when back in town.

I arrived a little early and they let me check in no problem. I had a single room, it’s small but nice. Location was perfect, close to the train station and quick walk to the Christmas markets

I did not have breakfast in this hotel, it is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shop , workers there , its location near central staion made exploration Frankfurt so easy

The room is peculiar. I asked for double bed and instead got two single beds pushed together that both had their own bedsheets on top. The bed wasn’t fully made up so at night we had our two single sheets. Not exactly couple friendly. Also the area around the hotel is a bit dodgy. There are lots of people taking drugs and plenty of shady looking characters that made the area feel unsafe late at night. I’d not return to this hotel or this area for my stays in Frankfurt.
