It was a clean hotel, very minimal, breakfasts was nice. Shuttle was from the nearby bus station since the roads were closed so not so convenient.

The bus didn’t not show twice at the designed pick up point, I ended up waiting for 2hours only to be told I had missed the last one. Infuriating as it never showed. The hotel is barely staffed, there is no reception so therefore no one to talk to or as questions. If you’re lucky you might be able to grab one of the cleaners who may to may not speak English. I was lucky enough to find one who speaks English. I asked them about the bus to leave the hotel and was told you have to walk to a bus stop. For your reference this so not provided to you in the check-in instructions and there is a poster in the desk next to the bar. The hotel was fine, you get what you pay for I guess.

Tried to call about airport pick up - NO ANSWER so had to take Uber for 20 Europe. Airport shuttle runs ONCE an hour and have to walk 800 feet to get shuttle in morning. Ceiling in room was total UNfinished concrete that's looked like a warehouse - major creepy, only one person at reception entire time. Rooms were the smallest ever booked - size of a hostel! Yes rate was cheap - 90 euros so guess we got what we paid for.

The room was very clean and stylish. Kids loved the bunk beds in the family room. Bathroom had a nice heated floor. Breakfast was good. Shuttle to airport a short walk from the front door.

Staff were less than cordial, nor communicative or informational. Hotel was great, no complaints at all there. The shuttle to the airport wasn't organized very well. Had to run down the street to catch the bus to the airport. Departed ten minutes earlier than advertised, so we had to sprint to catch it. Just telling it like it was.
