Hotel quality is great; newly built, clean, comfy bed. But staff was very poor during check in. We arrived and no attention was given to us by the front desk staff, was busy filling up water rather than welcome and help us which resorted us to checking in ourselves on the kiosk. When we were on the final step on the kiosk to check in, only then were we approached by the front desk staff and asked to cancel the whole process on the kiosk only to restart the whole process again at the desk. This was at 1am in the morning, we arrived late due to our train being delayed. We were already distressed from arriving late, this was not the warm welcome we expected. The day after, we were hoping to catch the airport shuttle to the airport, but we were not made aware that after 10:30am, the shuttles take a break until 4pm; our flight is at 2:30pm and was hoping to leave at 11:30am. We wish the hotel staff had made it known to us that the schedule would have a gap for the shuttle, otherwise we would’ve planned to leave earlier to make the last shuttle.
