In the dining table and chairs will seat 4 persons and is open to the main living room area, extra seating at the kitchen bar.
The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, black tiled counter tops, and pine wood cabinets. The kitchen also has a small breakfast bar area that overlooks the main dining and living room areas.
The master bedroom has a queen bed. In the second bedroom there are 2 additional queen beds. The one bathroom has been updated and is accessible from the main hallway. No air conditioning.
The free town shuttle accesses the property for transportation to the area and main street of downtown Winter Park is 2 miles away and the Winter Park Ski Resort is 5 miles away.
Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse offers an outdoor heated pool, over-sized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
