In the heart of the Tarn countryside, in the hamlet of Le Grès in Frausseilles, this large rural gîte, a former 19th-century farmhouse, has been fully restored to become your future haven of peace. It welcomes families and groups looking for space, relaxation and authenticity. Located between the medieval town of Cordes-sur-Ciel, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, the UNESCO-listed Episcopal City of Albi and the rolling hills of the Gaillac vineyards, the property enjoys an ideal location for discovering the Tarn region, its bastide villages, local farmers’ markets and rolling landscapes. Attached to and located near the owners’ home, the house offers a warm and friendly atmosphere while preserving guests’ privacy. The gîte is organized around a secure enclosed courtyard designed as a true living space. On the ground floor, a spacious living area combines the open-plan kitchen and dining room. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped for group stays: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo machine. The room also features a pellet stove. On the other side of the staircase leading to the upper floor, the lounge offers a smart TV and another pellet stove. Upstairs, five bedrooms provide excellent comfort for group stays (all bedding was renewed in January 2026). A shaded terrace allows you to share meals in a convivial atmosphere. Leisure facilities include a pétanque court, table tennis table, swing set and secure spa, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Private outdoor parking available on site. Between bastide villages and vineyards, a characterful gîte with private spa and swimming pool, perfect for sharing meaningful moments together.
