Welcome to The Historic Woodlawn Estate. Step back in time to the late-1800’s in this 157 year-old estate. Consider Woodlawn your home away from home while you visit Fraziers Bottom. This beautiful property offers five bedrooms, including two king beds, two queen beds, and a cozy futon, perfect for families or groups. Woodlawn is set in middle of our 900 acre farm right on the Mason/Putnam Co. lines on rte. 817 with beautiful views for miles. The original brick house was built in 1867 and fully restored in 2019, resulting in a beautiful historic home that features every modern amenity making it the perfect family house for your VRBO experience. The house sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms with 5 beds total. There also is a wonderful outdoor fireplace built for cozy nights around the open flame.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a refrigerator and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment.
