Beautiful hotel but rude staff.

The hotel is very clean, modern and up to date. However, the staff is very unfriendly and rude. There are so unaccommodating. I asked for my room to be cleaned and we came back to a dirty room once again. We had a three night stay and our room was not cleaned even once. It was disgusting and we were told that it will be done. Our AC as well was not working for two nights and were told to be patient and it will come on. Also...we kept getting locked out of our room and having to go downstairs to get another key. It was so inconvenient. The overall hotel and room is very nice but the staff is beyond rude which leaves a bad experience overall.. I am not sure if he is the owner but Anish greeted us with a terrible attitude overall and seemed he was like that to all the guests.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. However the tub had mold stains all around and it looked like it hadn't been scrubbed properly in a while. We didn't have any hand soap.

This is a very attractive property. The room was well appointed in all regards. Everything worked well i.e. TV, Keurig, lights, A/C. Bathroom was very clean and conveniently had all the necessities in place. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. A brilliant hotel playing way above its class.
