Clean & cute little home, loved to close proximity to Main Street & the hot tub. Just (Cari) was excellent at communicating, checked on us during our stay. Would be great if the upstairs game room had another bathroom (but that’s being nit picky).There was three of us staying there, bedroom for the mom & dad, sleeper couch for the teenager.Keurig coffee maker worked great, and appreciated the full size washer & dryer!

The cottage was charming. The only issue we had was we brought our dog and the backyard didn’t have a grassy area for him. We walked him down the street and he came back covered in burrs. It was a great location and a very cute place!

Loved this property. Cozy little place to be a home away from home. Close to Main Street. Not a bad walk to all the shops and restaurants. Especially love that it was pet friendly. And loved the thoughtful gesture of having a blanket just for my dog. I would recommend a patch of grass on the back patio for pets. Though there was grassy yards on our walks most were full of sticker burs.

Close to Main St. & Private

Perfect property for a couple or even a small family with the available upstairs loft that has a daybed available. The location is just off Main St., so it's close enough to shopping and dining, but far enough away to be out of the daily busyness. I'd still recommend driving if Main St. is your destination. The private hot tub out back was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it both nights of our stay. The property itself was easy to locate, clean, full of amenities, and the host was easy to communicate with. I recommend this property if visiting Fredericksburg.

Anniversary visit

We visited Fredericksburg for our 32nd Wedding Anniversary. The house was exactly as described. It was a great location also. The owner was kind enough to leave us a bottle of cold water each in the refrigerator. Process for check in and check out was also easy.

Great property!

Cute property with great location and easy to walk to Main Street! My only complaint was that it was listed as two bedroom, which it was not. We thought we’d be able to use the loft space as a sleeping area for our infant, but it is detached and only accessible from the backyard area, not from inside the house. Our host was quick with communication and check in was easy. We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable town!

Lovely, quiet spot!

We were traveling to Fredericksburg for our anniversary and wanted a spot close to a little bit of everything and this home was perfect! We were conveniently close to different vineyards and everything on Main Street! The home was cute and cozy! It was a great place to stay!

Anniversary weekend

My hubby and I stayed here for our anniversary! The house was cute and the location was perfect! The hot tub was a great touch! We also brought our fur baby so that was definitely a place to be able to do so! The checking in process was so simple and we had no issues our whole stay!
