It was a clean room and it seemed renovated since the last time we were there. We brought out dog and they offered us a room with a door to the courtyard to let it out, which was great! The only issue was that the toilet was running water the whole time. I did not let the hotel staff know as we were mostly in and out our whole stay. I will stay there again.

The hotel is convienently located, has a Resturant and lounge. You can get a ground floor room with an outside door or one that has an interior entrance and is close to the doors to the parking area.

Charged $120 extra for a dog friendly room they smelled like 100 dogs had peed in it. At nicer hotels was only charged $25. Very noisy hotel. Dirty and in need of renovations. Wallpaper peeling and lots of cracks and water damage in walls and ceilings.

Parking area was ok but loud in the morning (5:30-5:45am). Sound could also be heard from the hallway. Wifi, bed and shower were decent. Was not told about breakfast, maybe it wasn't included. Check out was easy but no one asked about my stay or if there were any issues. Similarly, no information was given upon check in except how to get to my room.

There were small flies covering the walls and tv. The shower had a huge spider web that looked to be there for days along with the huge spider. The floors looked unclean. Over all a disappointing stay. I mentioned these things to the fromt desk and I got a simple oh, I see. Not any concern.

Left before night was over

We didn’t stay the night. We have stayed many times but the quality has gone very down hill. Also on check in we asked about hot tub hours and told them. we went to room unpacked and went to hot tub only to find that it was broken and out of order. Went back to front desk asked guy why he told us hours and he said it has been broken for over a week and basically oh well. That was the last straw asked for a refund and left. Won't return again if they don't improve quality and service.
