A lovely breeze comes through most times of the year (but you never know with Mother Nature)! The condo is located on the first floor but does require walking up a few steps as does the laundry room which is located downstairs, and again requires walking down a few steps. There is no wheelchair access or elevator. Beach bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Stroll to Sandy Point and you can walk the same beach as Morgan Freeman in the movie Shawshank Redemption. Truly a diamond in paradise!
