For the past 3 years I have stayed at this hotel back to back minimal issues, this will be my last at the Fred’s the experiences was terrible, no breakfast, restaurant closed, no bar tender for your order although I sat at the table for 25 minutes, left and went somewhere else for service, on day seven of check out, to get to the airport, the door of my room was locked and I was unable to get my luggage, the receptionist had no idea how to get the door unlocked it took an hour to get it finally open, and I was in panic mood to catch my flight, made it to the airport just in time. No longer have an interest to stay at The Fred’s.
