The Beacon comes with Central A/H, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, TV, X-Finity, WIFI, BBQ pit. Beach home has 1 King bed, 2 Q beds, 2 Twin beds, plus a Q air mattress. Renter must furnish their own paper supplies (including toilet paper) trash bags, cleaning supplies and laundry/dish detergents. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PROM.
