Unbelievably helpful staff! Let us come in early due to someone in our party having car sickness. So friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was good, variety of options. Staff worked so well together, room was clean, beds super comfy, and we had a big party and they grouped us together. Recommend all day long!

David at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, great space in lobby, breakfast was hot, good selection. Beds were comfortable and room size was great. Close to downtown Freeport.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. One of the highlights was the breakfast—it was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that made every morning enjoyable. The dining area was clean and well stocked, and everything was replenished promptly. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again. If you want it shorter, more detailed, or more enthusiastic, I can adjust it!

The only thing that was good about the hotel was the staff. Everyone was accommodating and very nice. The water in the hotel was brown. The first room that we were in had brown water stains in the shower and then when we turned the water on in the shower and the sink it came out brown. We changed rooms in the morning before we had to get ready for the day. But by the last day the same thing happened. We mentioned it to the front desk before check out and they said other people mentioned that too. The rooms were updated and nice, however it was so dark in the room! Even with all the lights on it was very dark in the room, even during the day. There needed to be maybe 2 more lamps in the room to help with the darkness. The breakfast was good, however, was not monitored. So there was no coffee most of the time, and the breakfast food was all out and had to wait a while for things to get refilled. Someone should have monitored the breakfast station so when things were running low it would already be getting replaced.

The water came out of the shower brown. We moved to 3 different rooms and the same thing. We had to go out on our date dirty while they ran the water in our room to fix the issue. We asked to talk to a manager and even though we were there for 3 days no one ever came to talk with us. Very disappointed in the service and inconvenience.

Stayed with my family for 3 nights and we all had an amazing stay. The staff were friendly, the room spotless and quiet, breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. It’s not too far from Portland. Would definitely recommend staying here.
