The home sleeps 8-10 guest comfortably. You have beautiful unobstructed views of the beach from the living room as well as the master bedroom. There are two deck areas with gorgeous views of the Gulf. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy, ya'll have fun
The space
The house is right on the beach. Walk in the frontdoor, out the back, and you are on the beach! There are fabulous views of the Gulf from the oversized island and the master bedroom. The views from both decks are spectacular. Please enjoy one of the comfy
lounge chairs!

There 2 canopies 5 chairs 2 umbrellas, and beach balls in the bunk room closet.
We also have for your relaxation 2 hammocks. Just please
remove sand and put back in closet.

Beaching from the porch!

Very happy with the house and process! 4 of us celebrated my mom's 80th birthday. I was worried about dad getting around but they stayed in the larger room and had no trouble navigating around the house or their large bathroom. Seriously front row seats of the beach! We only got sandy when we wanted to. House was very nicely furnished, linens were fine and kitchen well supplied. If you are doing any cooking bring all ingredients. My only real advice is bring WATER! You will want to use it to make coffee and even brush your teeth with. Plan ahead for restaurants, they are very sporadic on hours posted in Surfside but Lake Jackson was consistent. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at this house! Easy access to the beach, hose at both front and back porch to wash sand off. I LOVED the back porch facing the water. I would sit out there and have coffee, go to the beach, get burnt and then hang out at the covered porch til dark. Lots of items available for use. The Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or requests as well!

Spring Break Fun

Great house right on the beach. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated. We loved hanging out on the deck watching the waves roll in and enjoying the beautiful sunshine. Our teenagers loved the quick access to the beach and the beach supplies provided.

Another relaxing stay

This is our fourth time visiting this property. Since Brad took ownership of it, it has remained just as relaxing as ever. Brad is super communicative and always nice to deal with. If we ever go back, we will certainly look for his property again. We love Surfside!

Perfect Beach Spot

The beach house is located right on the front row with a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved fishing, searching for sea shells, crab hunting, and just sitting on the deck watching the waves! The decorations in the house are super cute too! We will definitely be back! Communication with Brad was wonderful!

The house was at a perfect location, right on the beach. House had a spacious living room where the kids could have room to play. Master bedroom bed was super comfortable! Host was always great with replying to any questions we had. We didn’t want to leave so we extended our stay. 10/10!

Wonderful stay. The entire home is well thought out and accommodating. The beach is just a short walk with a personal sidewalk and small section of beach to yourselves. Wonderful communication with the hosts and just a great little place. We would stay here again!

Great location

Had a few hiccups during our stay—no towels or trash bags but the owner was quick to respond. Great location. Loved our morning coffee on the deck watching the waves. Wear some type of footwear when using the path to the beach as there are stickers!!!

Beautiful house, perfect location!

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed for the beach. Canopy, chairs for all 5 of us, and even a wagon to make the short trip to the beach. Having both the Keurig and traditional coffee makers was a nice perk. The decks are perfect for both sunrise and sunset. The only negative was that our trip was too short. We will be back!

Surfside beachfront

We loved our stay at Sun Kissed Retreat! House was right on the beach with a private ramp straight onto the sand. The ramp was great for our dog who has a hard time with stairs these days. House was clean and just as described and pictured. Kitchen was very well stocked and we didn't lack for anything. It is very close (walking distance for most) to the small selection of Surfside restaurants and convenience stores. The owner was very helpful and prompt with responses. We give this place 5 stars and definitely plan on returning!

Jeep Weekend

We had a family friendly Jeep weekend stay and it was almost perfect! A little issue checking in, missing key in key box but resolved in about an hour, so just delayed check in. Owner did potentially offer to extend checkout but it wasn’t feasible for our trip. The house was clean but they didn’t leave a broom to sweep up sand. They also didn’t have extra trash bags. Other than the two small things the beach house was a great location, very homey and comfortable for the 10 guests. We would stay here again!

Absolutely the perfect little getaway bungalow. The inside of this beachfront home is furnished and arranged to relax and enjoy your time. Very clean and up kept.
