The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this flat for rent in the seaside resort of Sables d'Or les Pins (Fréhel), located 200 metres from the beach, with a surface area of 27 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. Located on the first floor (no lift), it consists of a 16 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a shared garden of approximately 100 m². Wifi (fibre optic) included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 16 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
