Very nice house with excellent location

The house is well equipped and spacious. It is nicely renovated and everything in the house functions very well. Due to danger of fire there is a sort of electric frying pan to use for outside barbeque. Not exactly the real thing, but it works well. The central square is in walking distance and the very nice beaches are 5 minutes away by car. We took night swims where we walked across the square and down to a small stone beach. What a treat to swim at 10 pm. The owner responds swiftly and the local contact is very service minded. We can fully recommend the property. Best Regards Gert

Agréable

Maison confortable et spacieuse. Très bien située à 3 minutes à pied des commerces et des activités estivales (concert, marché). L espace extérieur est agréable mais on n a pas pu en profiter à cause des moustiques. La plage à proximité est très bien sauf le parking payant. Tres bon séjour et accueil très sympathique de la personne en charge de l'accueil.

Très bon sejour

Très bonne expérience. La maison est vraiment conforme au descriptif et très bien équipée. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Il y a des criques à environ 15 minutes. Très bons échanges à distance avec la propriétaire pour tout ce qui concerne la maison. L'accueil sur place à l'arrivée et au départ est également parfait. Je recommande vivement.

Top Lage, Beschreibungen stimmen jedoch nicht ganz mit der Wirklichkeit überein

Gute Ausgangslage für diverse Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wunderschöner Sandstrand in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über gute Matratzen. Was wir bemängeln: Es gibt keinen Blick auf den Strand wie beschrieben (womöglich von der oberen Wohnung her). Der Haupteingang ist nicht das schöne Bild mit der Treppe, sondern der orange Nebeneingang. Es gibt KEIN WIFI! Leider gibt es im Beschrieb keine Angabe diesbezüglich. Die Garage kann nicht benutzt werden, wie beschrieben. Selbst das Parkieren auf dem Gelände ist nur mit einem kleinen Fahrzeug möglich. Da die Zufahrtsstrasse auch als Parkplatz genutzt wird, ist das Einbiegen in das Grundstück nicht möglich. Das war sehr mühsam, wir mussten das Fahrzeug wie alle anderen irgendwo auf der Strasse parken. Für die Endreinigung bezahlt man 60 Euro, ausser man putzt selber. Was uns da aber erstaunt hat, war, dass es in der ganzen Wohnung von Spinnweben und Spinnen gewimmelt hat. Zusätzlich lüfteten wir die Wohnung täglich, brachten den Mief aber nicht raus. Wahrscheinlich war länger niemand mehr da. Die Dame, die uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, war nicht die Eigentümerin, war aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist von oben her sehr hellhörig, sodass wir des Öfteren morgens um 7.00 Uhr von der Mutter der Eigentümerin geweckt wurden. Fazit: Lage top, werden das nächste Mal aber sicher eine andere Wohnung suchen.

Great Location

Overall we had a good stay. Everything necessary was available in the house and the house itself is in a great location: walking distance to supermarkets, bakeries, several restaurants, easy access to the autoroute going to St Maxime and St Tropez. Even a nice, sandy beach is only about 15 min walking distance. However, you have to go uphill on your way back, which you might want to reconsider if you have little kids.

Très belle location bien située

Ce beau rez de jardin de villa donne sur un grand jardin, avec un intérieur rénové confortable et fonctionnel. La 1ere plage (belle calanque) est à 10 minutes à pied et les plages de sable à 20 minutes à pied avec des enfants. La maison est au calme tout en étant à coté du centre de St Aygulf : boulangeries, marché et commerces sont à 3 minutes! Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines de vacances!

Séjour reposant, très agréable , au calme

La propriété est tout proche du centre-ville et au calme, une fois installé dans la maison et le jardin, on se sent dans un petit cocon. La maison est de plain-pied, ce qui est super reposant quand on a des enfants en bas âge (et une maison à étages !), la distribution des pièces est bien pensée, la décoration simple mais moderne (ce qui change de certaines locations que j'ai pu faire et qui sont parfois déprimantes car "dans leur jus"...pourtant, j'adore le "vintage") ; la cuisine est bien appréciable pour celui qui aime cuisiner. Point important : la literie est excellente !!! nous avons super bien dormi . L'extérieur est très sympa et comme la maison offre une grande baie vitrée et la porte d'entrée à un autre endroit, si on ouvre tout, on a l'impression d'être entouré de verdure. Les enfants ont adoré la maison (et me réclament d'y retourner). Nous avons apprécié les équipements comme la station hifi, la télé avec dvd enfants , les petits jeux de société...pour ce qui est de la région, mon avis n'est pas objectif car j'allais en vacances à Saint-Aygulf quand j'étais enfant et j'y ai beaucoup de souvenirs. Pour résumer, si on devait revenir à Saint-Aygulf, je ne chercherai pas une autre location car celle ci a rempli tous nos critères !
