Everything was top quality all melia hotels maintain top draw services. Not too expensive either ibis was across the road basic basic hotel was more expensive. Xx

The lobby was unbelievably noisy when checking in. Front desk staff excellent. Very few amenities for the price, complimentary coffee/water not available in common area. Outside bar staff not accommodating or welcoming. Will not stay in this chain again, accommodations and amenities not commensurate with the price.

This property is very nice and modern inside. There is a free shuttle to the airport but it's also very close to the metro stop that you can take to the airport and take to the city center. Highly recommend

All staff we encountered were multi lingual and since I’m a typical USA visitor, Hablo Espanol un poquito. Room and amenities were top notch. And the Barajas neighborhood provides numerous opportunities for dining and sightseeing.. Highly recommend. Visited in early May, pool was filling. Should be perfect for summer relaxation.
