Old hotel, old beds, old shower. Hair and stain in the bed. The hallway door doesn’t lock at night. No USB plugs. TV works on and off. Wifi poor. I don’t understand how it can be a hotel for conferences and meeting with those poor technologic services Wifi, TV, USB plugs. Breakfast correct. Quiet. Close to restaurants. Parking.

The rooms are a not dated, but to find a comparably priced hotel in Fresno that offers the size of room, and a decent bed and shower are hard to find, and isn’t full of trash or broken down cars is hard.

Older building with basic amenities. No elevator to second floor. Priced appropriately. Bed was firm but we were so tired, we could have slept on the floor and still slept. Didn't like that check-in wasn't until 4 pm. No lobby to wait in while room was being finished. Breakfast was excellent!

This property was a surprising treat! We were pleasantly surprised and happy to have found you. From the rooms to the breakfast, pool, gym, bar and putting green. There was no place I would rather be! Lots and lots of things within walking too. We will definitely choose to stay with y'all again!!
