La quinta was your average stah with basic amenties for anyone that will not be a hanging out in the hotel. The room smelled veey musty and a bit like cigarettes tjough it was non smoking. The furniture was stained , the elevator was extemely unpleasent with a poor smell , we saw some roaches alive and dead. Front desk was fairly pleasant , but i did want to note the older gentleman was such a gem .It did the job for us to rest our head at night and leave for the whole day.

Clean up and do the repairs properly they literally had staples holding down the floor in the elevator no signs in elevator for inspections and upkeep the carpet was ripped and unraveling breakfast was ridiculous should’ve just served nothing only good thing about this place is the staff

Was yelled at by the front desk staff when i qrrived. Cracks elevator and tule floorshot tup onthe 2nd night had No heat. Was told that maintenance wont be back on shift until Tuesday. There is a ice machine sign on the 2nd floor but no ice machine. Juice machine only ran lemonade ans water fron the other 3 flavors. Stay away. Motel 6 would have been a major upgrade

The desk clerks ( Toni & Miguel ) were absolutely professional and accommodating. The room I was given (315) had the most God-awful stains on the mattress. (Pics available upon request). The hotel staff was not able to re-accommodate me with a replacement room. However, they did authorize a refund through my 3rd party booking agent. Miguel went out of his way to help me find alternate lodging.
