It was okay. There was no hair dryer, facial tissues, or shampoo. Close to restaurants. Towels were kind of small. We were required to give a cash deposit of $60. I gave them three $20 bills, but when we left, we were given $50 & $10 bills with holes in them from being stapled. Was not happy with this as I prefer to carry smaller bills. A dirty dust rag was left on the table. The bed was comfortable.

The front desk lady was extremely rude when asked if we could switch from a smoking to non smoking room. She gave me attitude and explained it was my fault, which I clearly understood from being the one who booked the room. I understand she must deal with a lot of people, but to be rude off the bat was extremely uncalled for! I was merely asking a question. The room itself was FILTHY. The room she continued to put us in had the filter in the restroom literally hanging from the ceiling. The walls had dirt stains and the bed sheets had cigarette burns all over it. It felt like she chose the worst room she had to offer after being upset by my request. Horrible service. In the morning the cleaning ladies were literally screaming to each other from the two rooms next to us. They woke me up from how loud they were talking , and it was only 9 am.

Room was as seen in photo. However, much larger than expected, while was very nice. Travelled with pet, so a plus for free pet stay; no additional cost to pay! However, when we entered the room there was damage to the wall behind the door. It looked like someone previously slammed the door open and the door knob caused the hole. I reported it the moment I noticed it and it was not reported by the staff who cleaned the room. Which meant had I not said something they would have tried to blame me and keep my $60 deposit. I was not very happy to hear that and the reason for the two stars on staff.

The place was very nice in comparison to other motel 6s I had ever been to. The room was super clean, there was a fridge , a microwave and t.v. the check-in was fast but they do require cash deposit instead of credit card. It was quiet, beds were large. It was tricky to get to the address since there are so many one way streets. It was also a quick gateway to Sequoia National Park, which was our reason for visiting the area.

I had reserved a king room on the first floor. That room was accidentally given away so they "upgraded" me to a two bed room. Oh. Sweet. Moses. I checked in and about 30 minutes later, I checked out. First of all, the mattresses were pretty thin and on like particle board. The room was avocado green with a weird flickering light that was giving horror movie vibes. I was supposed to stay three nights, but was like immediately no. I tried to convince myself to stay for the one night that I had already paid for, but once I heard the angry drug deal THROUGH THE WALL I was out. Other things of note - they require a cash deposit but do not have an ATM, and the speed bumps are so high that no matter how slow I went over them it scraped. I ended up checking out and driving to the 30 minutes to the Super 8 in Lindsay, which was vastly superior. I would stay away from this place unless you have no choice.

Only think that it did not mention on Expedia is the cash only hold they required at the location. I’ve never had to give cash for accidentals , it’s always been on a credit card. So it was an inconvenience having to go drive to a bank to pull cash.
