I chose this place because Expedia's description offered smoking and disability access; however, it did not explain that they were separate. The only smoking rooms were upstairs; but, there was no disability access to the 2nd floor. Also, they require a $60 cash deposit (refundable) at checking; but, that also was not included in the description. So after a 4 hour drive, I had to go get cash. Other than that, the facility was nice and clean. And, all of the staff were friendly.

Will not stay here again

Not a quiet stay. Walls are very thin. I let them know they need to contact their exterminator because I killed 6 small cockroaches. We got very little sleep due to worrying about what might crawl on us and the people constantly goining in and out of the rooms.

Bad business

They surprise me with requiring a cash deposit. Would not put it on my credit card. Front person was rude and unprofessional. Hotel had homeless people they stay with cash only. My check out was delayed since they needed to check my room before giving back my cash deposit. Very poorly run hotel. Will never stay there again.
