Our room was disgusting. We noticed crumbs on the table right when we walked in, however we had to leave right after i ironed, which we didnt even have an iron. I had to call the front desk for one and wait 10 minutes. When we got back, the sheets were pulled back on one of the beds and a packaged food item was found in the bed smashed and it looked moldy. I further examined the beds and both hed sheets looled to have a droplet od blood on them. After that i called the front desk, i was given new keys immediately but when i asked for a discount because of the inconvenience i was told that wouldnt happen because i prepaid???!!! I would not recommend this place at all.

A big mistake

It was not a very good state at all first I go in the lady is not pleasant at all does not smile nothing she keeps my license and I have to come back and get it from them I requested that the two rooms that I was renting be close by each other are connecting and she was like oh I'm sorry can't do that very rudely and the rooms were so far apart one's upstairs one's downstairs. The rooms there was cigarette burns on our blankets the blankets and sheets itched the bathtub did not work they had to come in and take the guard off and just give us a rubber plug the water was really bad and yellow it needs to have filtration device the people next to us were so loud we could not sleep the TV was mostly nothing but Sports it was nowhere near Pleasant for us at all we will never come back to it we will not recommend it if anybody ever suggests it we will tell them what a joke it is I've worked in the field myself and never been as rude and unprofessional as the lady was to us and never have been in a hotel this this graceful

Was very disappointing booked because of Jacuzzi in room also was kind of pricey. Jacuzzi did not work was not informed ahead of time. There was no type of price adjustment could’ve got a basic room and paid way less also door was messed up when I left and came back could not get in. Had to call Office to open it manually, the size was good and was a quiet environment, but room was also hot. Lots of light coming in no curtains had to use towels as curtains.

the room is good and clean but it was a regular room and my reservation was for a suit room ,when we arrived the lady at the front desk was regection our reservation so we have to show her the email i got from expidia ,i think the preperty is nice but staff is not that friendly

It was completely horrible! I wanted to have a fun trip from you and my daughter just to stay at a hotel. I got switched to three different rooms. Finally, I woke up with cockroaches walking around.
