The property was good its the host and his partner that made things awful.. The a/c went out and when the maitanace person came he told the main host m/owner that the place was a mess and even took photos.. We felt very violated and to make it worse he kicked me and my two autistic boys out at 12 @ night and lromised to give me the 144 i had paid.. The following day he gave me the run aroundfor the refund and had every excuse not to pay.. He was trying to bully

My Review

The house and furnishings were lovely, clean and new! My only advise is to not rent when the interior has just been painted to avoid the extreme "just painted" smell which was overwhelming. The backyard should not be open to guests until it is thoroughly cleaned of construction debris (nails, trash, paint etc.) and most alarming were the stickers located in the backyard which my dogs paws were stuck with each time I let them outside for a bit, with my supervision. It is unsafe, unclean and disappointing considering the interior of the home in contrast was 5 stars. Lastly, the front area automatic recording device alerts in a loud recording "HELLO, YOU ARE BEING RECORDED" every time it is set off with apparently any slight motion. It went off dozens of times throughout the night from 11pm-6am and I am a light sleeper so I was awakened every time. I would imagine the neighbors have an issue with this? But, to reiterate, the interior of the house from the furniture, to the bedding, towels, utensils, television etc were all brand new and 5 star! I would recommend this home to others who do not have pets (because of the back yard), and need spacious, beautiful comfortable living quarters.
