No elevator! If you’re disabled, stay away

Carpet was old. They had no elevator and the closest door to my room was not built to be entered but to exit only. Had to park near room by the door but had to walk all the way to the front office to walk all the way to the end of the building just to climb stairs. They had no access for disabled which they may get into alot of legal issues. I had a heart condition which made to very hard for me to get to my room. I was disappointed. I booked 2 nights and paid 2 nights but left after the 1st night

Thought the pool was heated since it was indoors. Wrong. My kids were bummed it was freezing lol but still cool for the kids! Hot tub was out of service. Right next to an airport literally so kind of loud. Told the lady at the front desk if I needed to do anything to check out when we left at 6am she said “it’s all good?” So I’m sorry is that a yes or no or??? Anywho is was ok for us

Our stay at Wyndam was okay! It served its purpose, a bed and hot shower after our flight. Location was super convenient. Breakfast was pretty bad.. definitely recommend other nearby options. We weren’t too happy there wasn’t an elevator after traveling all day and getting in late, the last thing we wanted to do was lug 3 suitcases upstairs. It was just an okay hotel, more like a motel feel. I expected it to be a bit nicer for a Wyndam.
