villa very pleasant to live, located in a secure residence with direct access to the beach, parking is reserved. The beach is 30 meters from the house.
The terrace allows to take the meals outside, with built barbecue. The house is also ideal for holidaymakers who spa Balaruc baths
close to the city of Sète, and 20 minutes from Montpellier.

It offers beautiful tourist activities:
30 m swimming at sea, with a secure bay, and access to the port and library by the beach
100 m of restaurants such as cafe, restaurants and food shops -press- clothing and beach accessories
500 m from the port for sailing, diving, fishing, fishing and boat trips ...
300 m children's playground and bike rental
sports center, leisure center, hiking around ponds, horseback riding, museum and zoo ... 5 to 20 minutes

access is by car from the motorway, or seaside. The nearest station is in Frontignan-ville, a bus service provides access.

the reception will be by myself, as the twenty years before. Arrival times can be flexible. It will be possible to contact us at any time.

Outside the summer period, this is our second home, we appreciate the quality of sleep, the sea air, and the family atmosphere that prevails.

Children and grandchildren are very happy to be able to swim, and have fun on the hot sand at all hours, without car constraints.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand, ist sehr ruhig. Das Haus liegt in einem abgeschlossenen Ressort. Der Strand ist perfekt für Kinder.

Séjour très agréable

Des grandes plages magnifiques à 2 pas de la maison, c'est assez génial. La maison est petite mais fonctionnelle. Pour y manger et y dormir, ça va. Pour plus, ça devient difficile. Attention à l'escalier de meunier, un peu dangereux pour les petits. Petit bémol : la proximité des voisins sur la terrasse (comme au restaurant) n'est pas visible sur les photos.
