200 m² enclosed grounds with a south/west-facing terrace and a covered courtyard to the north. Swings and pétanque court available.
Living room with sofa bed (140x190) and open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), shower room, and separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, freezer, and complete baby equipment.
Included: Electricity and electric heating.
Not included: Sheets and towels. A mandatory cleaning fee for business customers (€70).
Pets: €100 deposit.
Canal de la Martinière is 3 km away and Pornic is 20 km away.
