I had a good stay, love the upgrades to the bathrooms, however, 2 things made my stay frustrating. 1st, the key cards were garbage, they wouldn't work, had to keep going to desk for different cards. Day 1 got 8 cards, day 2, 15 different catds. They kept saying to keep card away from my phone, but I kept it separate in its own pocket. 2nd old TVs couldn't connect my Xbox to internet, only have basic cable and the tv guide never worked. Kept saying unavailable info

I encountered 2 Ladies during my check in and check out. THEY WERE EXCELLENT. In fact the best part of my stay was these 2 staff members. Not only was I warmly welcomed as an individual (not just a booking number), BUT they warmly welcomed my service dog and had a healthy CANADIAN MADE treat packet for her. I so appreciated that welcome!! Thank you both for making me feel so welcomed!

The staff namely john or joy female in the morning june 8 was very rude. And there is construction going on in the hotel at the first floor and its very dusty. Thirdly, the card key was not working and our room was so away from the reception it was so terrible experience I never gonna book sandman ever in my life

The pool & the hot tub were very nice after the drive. BUT In the morning we went to have the Continental Breakfast as advertised & they had the door locked & said since we booked thru expedia we don't get the free Continental Breakfast included. First we had heard of that! It was right on our add we booked thru. Be great to get that reimbursed to us. Won't be staying here again. If you change the rules after you're already booked - then thats just unacceptable.
