Currently here now I checked in Dec 14th and 3 comsecutive days no light / No resolution of this. Some staff seem unbothered and concerned with after explaining to Staff and Expedia that my sister has health condition and this is unsafe THEY DONT HAVE A GENERATOR wifi didnt work Requesting refund Property saying expedia and expedia saying property. All Here currently needs to be refunded

There was no electricity, was unable to contact anyone by phone. I checked out early and spoke to someone, and they assured me after I spoke to either Travelocity or Expedia I would get at least a day refund. That didn’t happen. So, to answer your question, everything went wrong

The staff was helpful and very friendly. Very flexible when we asked for a first floor room as there is no elevator. The pool was murky and the beach is eroded and not accessible. No restaurant. The room was clean and bathroom was good. Room had no USB ports but staff helpfully charged my brick behind the desk.

Hotel is run down. Desk help was slow and unsure of how to do her job. Room wasn’t ready at 4:30 - check-in starts at 4. Hallway and stairs are rundown with ratty torn and dirty rugs. Room? Nasty. Broken tiles in shower, unable to open balcony door, safe is broken, room is run down and dirty. Never staying there again!

Room was ok for the price. It was really noisy though. People outside on the balcony were very loud at 5 in the morning. It just wasn’t very relaxing. The doors just don’t keep out any sound. The view was very nice

Initial room didn’t have a working shower, so we were given a different room— it was more spacious and better maintained than the first room we had. Staff were friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. Very convenient location next to the airport— you can WALK to the hotel. Beautiful view of the Bay Area. A great stay if you’re looking for affordable travel.

Property was run down. Air conditioning in first room was bad. Front desk was less than amenable to offer dining alternatives. Website said there was a dining area, but it was closed for renovations. Road to airport was a place for misbehavior by local youth. Motorcycle racing and antics. Congregation of large noisy groups. Appeared very unsafe.
