2. No smoking, no drugs
3. Please keep the building and corridors clean
4. Please remove your shoes in the apartment
5. Please respect the neigbours and community rules
6. Always keep windows closed and turn off airconditioner when not home/or not in use
7. Always keep the apartment door locked when leaving the door unlocked. it is a security risk!
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.
9. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us
10. Before your arrival, we gonna ask for passport copies of everyone +16 years old and also you to sign a contract, we need that by law for the tax office.
