Very nice 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment close to the centre of Fuengirola, with a sunny south-west facing balcony, communal swimming pool and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach.



This modern and elegantly designed apartment is located in a residential area of Fuengirola city centre. It features a bright living room with two sofas, TV, dining table and access to a nice sizeable balcony with open views and afternoon sun. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. It has a high table with two stools. The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and access to the terrace, and two with two single beds. Two modern bathrooms, both with large spacious showers.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, with ceiling fans in the double bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.



There is a community parking lot with a gate, light in the building and a swimming pool in the garden.



It is less than 10 minutes walking (600 m) from the Miramar shopping centre, 8 minutes walking from the beach (550 m), bus stop nearby and 1.2 km from the train station.

Great Apartment , excellent facilities, the Sol Rental staff are superb , great communication and airport pick up/return they arranged was great . Highly recommend . Close to shopping , cafes, restaurants and short walk to the beach . Would Stay there Again .

Very nice place but unfortunately there was some renovation noise in the neighbourhood. Nothing the owners can do about but therefore 4 nights was enough for us. Appartment is excellent.
