The property is both modern but also rustic, the facilities are excellent and the check-in process was easy and efficient. The property is right next to Mt. Fuji station and the bus terminal, making transport easy. We hired a car and the parking space was appreciated. I would love to come back and stay longer next time :)

外見からは想像つかない位に、内装はお洒落で、トイレ、洗面室、お風呂は最新の設備完備で気持ちよく利用出来ました。 またカスタマーサービスの方には、少し無理な要望にも気持ちよく大変親切に対応頂き感謝致します。 有難う御座いましたを 富士山駅より１分位の好立地で交通機関利用時は大変便利なお宿です。何処へ行くのにも電車、バス、タクシー全てが目の前です。 是非また利用させて頂きます。
