The room is nice, the location is convenient. The checkin process is smooth. But a lot of noise from the street at night. It is almost impossible to sleep

チェックインの際に対応してくれた方があまり日本語が話せず聴き取りにくくて困った。部屋の匂いが臭くて気になった。エアコンをつけると照明の上に溜まったホコリが落ちて来る。バスタオルは擦り切れていて雑巾のようだった。コンビニは近くにありました。

チェックイン、チェックアウトがスムーズにいかなかったけれど　丁寧に対応していただき　二泊三日とても快適に過ごすことができました。お部屋はとても使いやすくきれいでした。ひとつだけ　湯沸かしのケトルはありがたかったけど　水が館内にあれば嬉しかったです。ホテルを出てすぐ販売機があったので買いました。また利用したいです！

일본 주택가에 있는 곳이라 조용하고 아늑했습니다 침구도깨끗하고 샴푸 린스 바디랑 위생용품이 구비되어있어서 편리했습니다 길건너서 편의점과 드러그스토어 그리고 자그마한 로컬 식당들이 있어서 오히려 관광지에 묵는것 보다 일본을 체험하는데 있어서 매우 좋았습니다

浴槽はありません。朝から道路を走る車の音がそれなりにしました→朝から活動する人には関係ないです。交通の便はいいし、清潔感もあって、全体には良かったです

スタッフがいないホテルなのに、チェックインの時になかなか電話やネットが繋がらず不安になった事以外は、とても良かった。シャワーのお湯が温かく、勢いがよかった！

1歳の赤ちゃんがハイハイする為、畳みのスペースが嬉しい。ブロックなど消毒済みの赤ちゃんグッズも助かります！洗濯機が無料で使える事が他にはなく嬉しいです。一点残念な点としては部屋が若干汗臭い臭いがしたこと、、物凄く気にする程度ではないので、問題なく過ごせました。
