There was a washing machine but because in Japan everyone hang drys their clothes there is no dryer which is fine but there was no hangers to hang dry the clothes or laundry detergent. Previously at the other Grand Base we stayed in Fukuoka there was bars to hang clothes outside.

We stayed in 401 and had a lift. Apartment was convenient location that is a about 20 minutes walk to center of Tenjin. Subway and buses nearby. Bathroom waa clean but ventilation was terrible and seems to only trigger if someone is using on the toilet. We didn't use the washing machine because of lack of dertergent but we loved the dryer functionality in the bathroom for the few things we handwashed. We had a minor issue with missing wifi password so had to call on the ipad downstairs to ask. A bigger issue were all 3 beds had dirty sheets and pillowcases with various brown, yellow and blood stains. Someone was sent over the next day to change them but seems only the bedcovers were changed. The ipad downstairs do not have good reception and seems to have volume preset to very low. We didn't want to deal with the hassle again so let it go. The table was also a bit dirty when we checked in and seemed permanently stained even when we tried to wipe it. Overall, the place was convenient and spacious for our stay of 1 week but we will likely book elsewhere next time because of cleanliness issues, although we didn't see any bugs in the room but we got some itchy raises bumps on our skin near the end of our stay so maybe bug bites.

Overall Good

Very new property and good condition. Good location for public transportations. With google Navi, very hard to find the place. Very hard to check-in. Had to talk to the staff to get the passcode.

Beds and sofa was comfortable for 4 adults. Clean. Check in and check out was easy. Easy to find with google maps. Two minutes walking from train station. Food available nearby. Would recommend to others and stay here again.

Great location to get around Fukuoka. Close to two subway stations and actually walkable to Tenjin area as well. Great grocery around the corner. The check in process was tedious after a long international flight. Initial instructions to press *prior to entering the number is incorrect. I only received correct instructions via email after having issues entering the building.

美好的八天家庭旅遊

環境整潔又乾淨 房間很大功能很齊全,美中不足是到當地入住才知道還要再多繳住房稅 請要入住的遊客準備好零錢 不然就只能多給小費,地點位在捷運出口過一個十字入口十分方便

전체적으로 건물이 깔끔하고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 골목 안쪽에 있어서 살짝 헤맸던거랑 체크인이 조금 어려웠던 점을 제외하면 정말 정말 만족합니다. 근처 야키니쿠 식당이 꽤 유명한거 같던데 미리 예약해가시면 좋을거 같아요. 저희는 예약때문에 못갔지만.. 아무튼 근처에 맛있는 식당도 많고 편의점, 빵집, 카페도 있고 지하철도 가까워서 후쿠오카 오실거라면 적극 추천합니다.

藥院大通是富人區，步行3-～5分鐘有7-11 & Lowson 還有兩家超市。走在路上常常看見好車，跟我看過其他日本的地方不一樣，有看到比較特別的是～Lamborghini休旅、Aston Martin 雙門跑車、Mercedes Benz Maybach GLS….雖然台灣一堆，但在這看到又是不一樣的感覺！

位置不錯 交通也便利 但不好找的旅館

需要自己事先check in 拿到QR code 的旅館 忘記先註冊code現場也可以用櫃台平板聯繫工作人員 也會立即辦理 所以不適合不懂3c的族群。位置在藥院驛附近 也有臨近的Lawson ,巷子算安靜 附近停車場很多 但有點貴。洗衣機沒有附洗衣精需自備。
