房間在上層，有一間房間是榻榻米連一張雙人床，另外一間兩張單人床，一家六口都可應付，廁所只有一個比較細，沖涼房浴缸比較深可以浸浴，廚房基本用具齊全，有提供咖啡及茶包來使用沖泡機，雪櫃有提供有氣礦泉水，電視有Netflix或當地電視台，位置遠望天神中州需駕駛15分鐘前往，地理上較近系島或唐津，有提供專屬車位泊車，進入入口處呈90度角駕車進內需要留意。

Wonderful stay in Fukuoka. Plenty of room for our family of six. The furnishings and decor were pretty chic. And I loved that the bathtub and appliances were cozy and good quality, unlike many rentals. The location can’t be beat. Thank you for having us!
