Great location just next to Hakata Station. Lots of shops and food nearby. Taxi stand is a stone's throw away, or you can try to flag one down just outside on the main road. Room for three is a little cramped due to the third bed being placed right in the centre, but we worked around it for just one night. Each bed could possibly sleep 2 smaller sized people, but if you are bigger built then one person to a bed is necessary. Check in was easy. There is a complimentary hot drinks machine on the ground floor with covered take away paper cups. Overall a good deal.

Location is great and the reason I picked this one. Across the street of the Hakata station and Toyota rental. Check in process is the same as every other hotel. Check out is also quick. Room is clean. Microwave you can use at the lobby along with the bar chairs and lounge.

Great location right next to Hakata Station with tons of dining options within walking distance however the room was really bad. The carpet was dirty and the couch had stains on it. Not what you would expect considering standards that exist in Japan.

This hotel is in an excellent location! However, the room is very small and the window is obscured so there is NO natural light. Maybe if we had a room in a different location there would be more light.

Friendly, couteous and helpful staff..including cleaning staff. Room was roomy and clean with unexpected and wonderful ammenities such as massagers,etc. Loved it. Our first time at a Forza but will definitely include the Forza when visiting Japan again.

Quick Trip to Fukuoka in the Summer

Hotel Forza Hakata-Eki continues to be our go to hotel in Fukuoka. It’s right across the Hakata station making transport very easy all across Fukuoka. We like taking the bus and the terminal is just a quick walk.

It was enough for one night - for a couple travelling together you'd want something larger for multiple nights - they probably offer larger rooms - but this was for ours.

Perfect place to unwind after a long journey. Bed was extremely comfortable. AC worked very well. Healing room is the best. Message chair hit the right spots. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. No problems with communication. I always look forward to my next visit.

Overall enjoyed our stay for a few reasons. Very good location - just next to main Hakata Station and close to a lot of shopping. Reasonably quiet rooms. Size of rooms is what you’ll expect from Japanese hotels in cities. Only issue I had was that the aircon and WiFi broke down on the first night. Had to sleep with the window open (thankful that weather was cool) No service recovery by hotel.
